* Returns Due To Defective Merchandise:
Any product that you receive is defective you have 15 days after receipt of product to contact us. After 15 days, we are not obligated to accept are defective merchandise. All returns must be pre-approved before sending the items to us. We can then exchange the product. Refunds may only be issued when an item is no longer available.
* Returns Due To Shipping Damage:
If your package or merchandise arrives damaged, please let us know within 5 days or receipt of the package by emailing us your full name, order number with a detailed description of the damage. You may email us at email@example.com. Once we have been notified of the damage, you are then responsible for filing claim with the shipping company. DO NOT send damaged items back to us without approval.
* Returns Due to UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS:
We cannot return merchandise due to the fact that you do not like the merchandise. We will not exchange or issue refunds in cases where the customer simply does not like the item or is disappointed with the item.
* In-Stock Policy:
Our website provides updated information on stock levels of our products. If an item oversells, we will contact you to make other arrangements.
* Fraud Policy:
We are not responsible for credit card fraud. We cannot refund merchandise if your credit card was used without your authorization. It is your responsibility to contact police authorities in this event.
